Common use of Termination and Surrender of Sites Clause in Contracts

Termination and Surrender of Sites. 7.1. Regardless of the manner or duration of use or occupancy of said Site and regardless of the permanent character of any works or structures constructed or installed therein or thereon by Licensee, this Master License Agreement may be terminated at any time for any reason or no reason at all at the sole discretion of the Licensor by giving Licensee ninety (90) calendar days’ written notice of termination. 7.2. Licensor may terminate this Master License Agreement on ninety (90) calendar days’ written notice of termination in the event of any failure or refusal on the part of Licensee to keep or perform any of the terms, conditions, provisions, or covenants herein.
