Termination by Executive Without Good Reason. If Executive’s employment hereunder is terminated by Executive without Good Reason, then the Company shall pay the Accrued Obligations and any accrued and unpaid Annual Performance Bonus for the prior fiscal year to Executive within the time provided by law and the Company shall have no further obligations to Executive under this Agreement.

Termination by Executive Without Good Reason. If Executive’s employment hereunder is terminated by Executive without Good Reason, then the Company shall pay the Accrued Obligations and any accrued and unpaid Annual Performance Bonus for the prior fiscal year to Executive within promptly following the time provided by law effective date of such termination and the Company shall have no further obligations with respect to any benefit or compensation under this Agreement to Executive under this Agreementhereunder.
