Termination by Mutual. Agreement This Agreement may be terminated at any time by written agreement of the Parties.
Termination by Mutual. In addition to the grounds for termination by either Party set out at clause 23.2 above, the Mutual may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect by giving written notice to the Council if the Council fails to pay any sums due to the Mutual in accordance with clause 4 of this Agreement and by the due dates set out in the Payment Schedule.

Repayment of the Grant The Council’s intention is that the Grant will be paid to the Mutual in full. However, without prejudice to the Council’s other rights and remedies, if the Council terminates the Agreement pursuant to clause 23.2 or 23.3, then the Council may require repayment of any unspent and uncommitted Grant funds.
Termination by Mutual agreement The Parties may, by mutual agreement, decide to discontinue the supply of certain Products supplied under this Supply Agreement with a minimum of twenty four (24) months advance written notice.
