Common use of Termination by the Owner for Convenience Clause in Contracts

Termination by the Owner for Convenience. If the Owner terminates the Contract for convenience in accordance with Article 14 of the Owner’s Modified AIA Document A201–2017, then the Owner shall pay the Construction Manager a termination fee as follows: « In the event of termination of this Agreement, the Construction Manager shall be equitably compensated for Work actually performed prior to receipt of a notice of termination.
