Termination due to withdrawal during term. If the Occupant withdraws from classes in the middle of a term, the Occupant will be required to vacate the Premises within forty-eight (48) hours. The Occupant will be subject to the cancellation fees outlined in section 17.B. The Occupant will not receive a refund or proration of the Occupancy Fee if the Occupant is removed or withdraws after the official Last Day to Withdraw.
