Common use of Termination During Employment Period Clause in Contracts

Termination During Employment Period. (a) For purposes of this Agreement, the term "termination" shall mean (i) termination by the Employer of the employment of the Executive with the Employer and all of its affiliates for any reason other than death, disability or "cause" (as defined below), or (ii) resignation of the Executive for "constructive discharge" (as defined below).
