Common use of Termination Effect Clause in Contracts

Termination Effect. Termination of this Agreement releases any party from any further performance of any liability under this Agreement subsequent to termination but does not: (a) (continuing liability): affect any provision of this Agreement expressed to operate or have effect subsequent to termination; or (b) (accrued rights): have any prejudicial effect on any accrued right of any party in relation to any default under this Agreement by the other party occurring prior to termination.
