Termination for breach of the Regulations. The Authority shall have the right to terminate this Framework Agreement where it reasonably considers, with the Authority having the sole and absolute right to determine this, that the Supplier has in operating this Framework Agreement or any Call-Off Contract breached the Regulations or any other applicable law relating to public procurement.
