Termination for Cause; Death; Disability; Resignation Without Good Reason. If, at any time, the Company terminates Executive’s employment for Cause, or if either party terminates Executive’s employment as a result of Executive’s death or disability, or if Executive resigns without Good Reason, Executive will receive the Accrued Obligations set forth in Section 6.1 and will not be entitled to any other form of compensation from the Company, including any severance benefits.
Termination for Cause; Death; Disability; Resignation Without Good Reason. If the Executive’s employment is terminated by CTI for Cause, or if the Executive resigns from employment hereunder, other than for Good Reason or as a result of such Executive’s death or disability (as defined in CTI’s disability plan applicable to the Executive), the Executive shall be entitled only to receive: i) Severance Pay through and including the Severance Date; and ii) pay for all vacation time accrued as of the Severance Date.

If, at any time, the Company terminates your employment for Cause, or if either party terminates your employment as a result of your death or disability, or if you resign without Good Reason (as defined herein), you will receive your base salary accrued through your last day of employment, as well as any unused vacation accrued through your last day of employment. Under these circumstances, you will not be entitled to any other form of compensation from the Company, including any Severance Benefits (as defined herein).
