The Authority may terminate this Agreement by serving a Termination Notice on the Contractor, or require the Partial Termination of any part of the Services in relation to that part, if a Force Majeure Event endures for a continuous period of more than thirty days and this Agreement shall terminate on the date specified by the Authority in the Termination Notice.
