Termination for Convenience by Customer. Customer may terminate this Contract upon thirty (30) days notice to Xxxx Xxxxx - ISG. Upon any termination of this Contract under this paragraph, Customer will not be entitled to any refund of any fees paid by Customer for the Services or System Hardware and Customer will no longer have access to the System Data via the Web Functions.
