Termination for Convenience/Default/Non-Appropriation. A. Termination for Convenience This Contract may be terminated by the County without cause, in whole or in part, upon providing the Contractor ten (10) Days' advance written notice of the termination. If the Contract is terminated pursuant to this Section 9.1.A, the County will be liable only for payment in accordance with the terms of this Contract for Work performed and Accepted prior to the effective date of termination.
