Common use of Termination for Endangering Life, Health, or Safety of Any Person Clause in Contracts

Termination for Endangering Life, Health, or Safety of Any Person. If the State determines that any breach of this Contract by the Contractor endangers the life, health, or safety of any person, the State may terminate this Contract by orally notifying the Contractor of the termination, followed by the mailing of written notification thereof within three (3) business days. Termination pursuant to this paragraph shall become effective at the time of the oral notification.
