Termination for Reasons beyond the Parties’ Control. Either party may terminate this Agreement without recourse by the other party upon five (5) days’ written notice if performance is rendered impossible or impracticable for reasons beyond the terminating party’s reasonable control such as, but not limited to, acts of nature; war or warlike operations; civil commotion; riot; labor disputes including strikes, walkouts, or lockouts; sabotage; or superior governmental regulation or control.
