Common use of Termination in Consequence of Force Majeure Clause in Contracts

Termination in Consequence of Force Majeure. If a Force Majeure shall have occurred that has affected Seller’s performance of its obligations hereunder and that has continued for a continuous period of one hundred twenty (120) days or more, then Seller shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement. Upon such termination for a Force Majeure, the Buyer shall be responsible for making any and all payments up to the start of such Force Majeure event.
