TERMINATION OF APPOINTMENT. 6.1 The Issuer and the Guarantors may, with the prior written approval of the Bond Trustee, terminate the appointment of the Calculation Agent at any time by giving to the Calculation Agent at least 45 days' prior written notice to that effect, provided that, so long as any of the Relevant Covered Bonds is outstanding:
