Common use of Termination of Check-Off Clause in Contracts

Termination of Check-Off. An employee shall cease to be subject to Check-Off deductions beginning with the second (2nd) week following the week in which he is no longer a member of the bargaining unit. Council 25 will be notified by the Employer of the names of such employees following the end of each month in which the termination took place.
