Termination of Check-Off. An employee shall cease to be subject to Check-Off deductions beginning with the month immediately following the month in which he/she is no longer employed. The Union will be notified by the School Board of the names of such employees following the end of each month in which the termination took place. Disputes Concerning Membership: Any dispute arising as to an employee's membership in the Union shall be reviewed by the designated representative of the School Board and representatives of the Union, and if not resolved may be decided by the final step of the grievance procedure.
