Common use of Termination of Continuous Service Clause in Contracts

Termination of Continuous Service. Except as otherwise set forth in Section 4(b) or Section 4(c) above, if the Participant’s Continuous Service terminates for any reason at any time prior to the Vesting Date, the unvested Restricted Shares will be forfeited and all of the Participant’s rights to such shares of Common Stock shall immediately terminate.

Termination of Continuous Service. Except as otherwise set forth in Section 4(b4(a) or Section 4(c4(b) above, if the Participant’s Continuous Service terminates for any reason at any time prior to the Vesting Date, the unvested Restricted Shares will be forfeited and all of the Participant’s rights to such shares of Common Stock shall immediately terminate.

Except as otherwise set forth in Section 4(b4(a) or Section 4(c) aboveas otherwise determined by the Committee in its discretion, if the Participant’s Continuous Service terminates for any reason at any time prior to the an applicable Vesting Date, the outstanding unvested Restricted Shares will be forfeited automatically cancelled by the Company and all of the Participant’s rights to such shares of Common Stock Shares shall immediately terminate.

Termination of Continuous Service. Except as otherwise set forth in Section 4(bSections 4(a) through 4(e) (inclusive) or Section 4(c) aboveas otherwise determined by the Committee in its discretion, if the Participant’s Continuous Service terminates for any reason at any time prior to the an applicable Vesting Date, the outstanding unvested Restricted Shares will be forfeited automatically cancelled by the Company and all of the Participant’s rights to such shares of Common Stock Shares shall immediately terminate.

Termination of Continuous Service. Except as otherwise set forth in Section 4(bSections 4(a) through 4(e) (inclusive) or Section 4(c) aboveas otherwise determined by the Committee in its discretion, if the Participant’s Continuous Service terminates for any reason at any time prior to the Vesting Date, the outstanding unvested Restricted Shares Stock Units will be automatically forfeited for no consideration and all of the Participant’s rights to such shares of Common Restricted Stock Units shall immediately terminate.
