Common use of Termination of Electronic Services Clause in Contracts

Termination of Electronic Services. You may, by written request, terminate any of the electronic services provided for in this Agreement. Termination by any one account owner will be binding on all account owners and we are not required to notify other account owners of the termination. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to the electronic services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason. In addition, electronic services may be suspended, without advance notice, if there are insufficient funds in any one of your accounts or if any of your accounts are not in good standing as defined in our Member Conduct and Limitation of Services Policy. After suspension, electronic services may be reinstated, at our discretion, once there are sufficient funds in your account(s) to cover any fees and other transfers and debits. If you ask us to terminate your account or your access to any of the electronic services, you will remain liable for subsequent transactions performed on your account. Termination of electronic services does not terminate your accounts or agreements with us and will not affect your authorization for transfers and payments made prior to termination.
