TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT ON REACHING RETIREMENT AGE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SWEDISH EMPLOYMENT PROTECTION ACT. If the employer or the salaried employee wishes to end a permanent employment at the end of the month in which the salaried employee reaches the age stated in Section 32 a of the Swedish Employment Protection Act or later, the employer or the salaried employee shall notify this at least one month in advance. In such a case the employment is terminated one month after the notice has been delivered, however no earlier than the end of the month when the salaried employee reaches the age as stated in Section 32 a of the Swedish Employment Protection Act. In the event of notice from the employer in accordance with the above paragraph, the rules on giving notice to the local employer organisation, consultations and negotiations in accordance with Section 33 a of the Swedish Employment Protection Act do not need to be applied.
