Termination of License and Refunds Sample Clauses

Termination of License and Refunds. OTA may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by making a request in writing. Upon termination of this Agreement, XXX will refund any remaining Account balance after toll payments and any other fees have been deducted. Refunds will be issued approximately 30 days after this Agreement is terminated and your Account is closed.

  • Duration of licenses Licenses granted on a subscription basis expire at the end of the applicable subscription period unless renewed. Licenses granted for metered Products billed periodically based on usage continue as long as Customer continues to pay for its usage of the Product. All other licenses become perpetual upon payment in full.
