Termination of Original Agreement. Pursuant to the Mutual Termination Agreement set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto, the Original Agreement shall be terminated as of the Effective Date. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, this Agreement shall not become effective unless and until the Mutual Termination Agreement set forth in Exhibit B is executed.
