Effective Term and Termination Rights This Agreement becomes effective when executed by both parties and shall continue in effect until terminated. The Agreement may be terminated in accordance with the following:
Application for Membership No employee shall be subject to any penalties against his application for membership or reinstatement, except as may be provided for in the Constitution and By-Laws of the National Union and the Union. A copy of such Constitution and By-Laws, and any changes thereto, shall be transmitted to the Company.
Separation of Components The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
Termination of Membership You may terminate your membership by giving us written notice or by withdrawing your minimum required membership share(s), if any, and closing all your accounts. You may be denied services for causing a loss to the Credit Union, or you may be expelled for any reason as allowed by applicable law.
Termination of Recall Rights The layoff shall be a termination of employment and recall rights shall lapse if the layoff lasts for more than twenty-four (24) consecutive months without recall.
Designated Teacher for Looked After Children 17A) The Academy Trust will in respect of the Academy act in accordance with, and be bound by, all relevant statutory and regulatory provisions and have regard to any guidance and codes of practice issued pursuant to such provisions, as they apply at any time to a maintained school, relating to the designation of a person to manage the teaching and learning programme for children who are looked after by a LA and are registered pupils at the school. For the purpose of this clause, any reference to the governing body of a maintained school in such statutory and regulatory provisions, or in any guidance and code of practice issued pursuant to such provisions, shall be deemed to be references to the Governing Body of the Academy Trust. Are There Distribution Rules That Apply After Death Special rules apply in the case of the divorce or death of a beneficiary of a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account. In particular, any balances to the credit of a beneficiary must, within 30 days of death, be either: (i) rolled over to another beneficiary’s Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account according to the requirements of Section (4) (in which case the distribution will not be subject to tax) or (ii) distributed to a death beneficiary or the beneficiary’s estate (in which case the distribution will be subject to tax).
TERM, TERMINATION & SUSPENSION The Company may terminate this Agreement with You at any time for any reason, with or without cause. The Company specifically reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if You violate any of the terms outlined herein, including, but not limited to, violating the intellectual property rights of the Company or a third party, failing to comply with applicable laws or other legal obligations, and/or publishing or distributing illegal material. If You have registered for an account with Us, You may also terminate this Agreement at any time by contacting Us and requesting termination. At the termination of this Agreement, any provisions that would be expected to survive termination by their nature shall remain in full force and effect.
