Termination of Scrutinized Companies or False Certification. SBBC reserves the right to terminate this Agreement in accordance with Section 287.135(5), Florida Statues, if the other party is placed on the List of Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel or is engaged in a boycott of Israel; is on the List of Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan; is on the List of Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector; or has engaged in business operations in Cuba or Syria. SBBC also reserves the right to terminate this Agreement pursuant to Section 287.135(5), Florida Statues, if the other party is found to have submitted a false certification.
