Termination of special agreements. A special agreement may be terminated at any time with not less than 1 – one – month’s notice, unless otherwise provided in the special agreement or the collective agreement. Negotiations are assumed to have been held prior to the notice of termination, or negotiations are assumed to have been demanded but have not commenced within 14 days.
