Termination of State or Federally Funded Program. If a State or Federally funded program is terminated or reduced so as to reduce the number of employed teachers, teachers in the funded program will be considered for seniority purposes as to have all of their regular years of employment counted in the Austintown Local Schools. If such a person had continuous employment as both a regular teacher and as an externally funded teacher, all continuous service will count towards seniority.
