Program Development and Screening Committee. A committee comprised of the AEA President, Lead Mentor, and the Director of Instruction shall meet to review and discuss the New Teacher/Mentor Teacher Program. The administrative team with assistance from the Lead Mentor is responsible for selecting and assigning new teacher mentors. The selection process will begin at the building level with the principal identifying potential mentor teachers. To be considered, applicants must meet selection criteria and choose to participate.

Program Development and Screening Committee. 46.021 A committee comprised of three (3) teachers, preferably one high school, one middle school, and one elementary, appointed by the Association and two (2) administrators shall meet to develop the Resident Educator Program and shall also act as a screening committee to select teachers who will act as Mentor teachers. The Lead mentor will serve as the chairperson of this committee. To meet, three-fifths (3/5) of the members of the committee must be present. The Committee shall act by majority vote. The committee shall recommend to the Superintendent the name of a mentor teacher and provide the Superintendent with all of the nomination forms reviewed by the committee. The Superintendent shall have final discretion to appoint the mentor teacher he/she deems most qualified.

  • Working Group 1. The Parties hereby establish a Working Group on Temporary Entry for Business Persons, which shall meet at least once every 3 years or on request of the Free Trade Commission to consider any matter arising under this Chapter. 2. The Working Group's functions shall include: (a) to review the implementation and operation of this Chapter; (b) to consider the development of measures to further facilitate temporary entry of business persons on a reciprocal basis; (c) the identification of measures that affect the temporary entry of business persons under this Chapter; and (d) the observance of the issues established under Article 121 (Cooperation).

  • Professional Development Program (a) The parties agree to continue a Professional Development Program for the maintenance and development of the faculty members' professional competence and effectiveness. It is agreed that maintenance of currency of subject knowledge, the improvement of performance of faculty duties, and the maintenance and improvement of professional competence, including instructional skills, are the primary professional development activities of faculty members.

  • Staffing Committee A. Responsibilities. The Nurse Staffing Committee (“NSC”) shall be responsible for determining the Institute’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.
