Termination of Support Service Employees. The contract of a support service employee may be terminated for one of the reasons listed in and in accordance with the provisions of ORC 3319.081, which states the contract may be terminated only for violation of written rules and regulations as set forth by the board of education or for incompetency, inefficiency, dishonesty, drunkenness, immoral conduct, insubordination, discourteous treatment of the public, neglect of duty, or any other acts of misfeasance, malfeasance or nonfeasance. The appeal of a termination shall be subject solely to the grievance procedure established in this Agreement. This Section is intended to specifically supersede §3319.081, except as stated above.
