Termination of the Account Agreements. We agree that you may terminate EFT services at any time by giving written notice, stopping the use of any access code or PIN, and returning to us all cards issued for your Accounts. You also agree to notify any participating merchants that authority to make bill-payment transfers, or any other preauthorized transfer arrangement, has been revoked. We may terminate EFT services at any time by notifying you orally or in writing. Whether you or BECU terminates EFT services, the termination will not affect your obligations under the Account Agreements for any EFTs made before termination.
