Termination of the Executives Employment. FOLLOWING A CHANGE-IN-CONTROL
Termination of the Executives Employment. (a) Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, the Executive’s employment hereunder will terminate on the first to occur of the following dates:
Termination of the Executives Employment. The Executive and the Company agree and acknowledge that the Employment Agreement and the Executive’s employment with the Company shall terminate as of December 31, 2006 (the “Termination Date”). As of the Termination Date, this Separation Agreement shall supersede and terminate the Employment Agreement, and to the extent any term, condition or provision of the Agreement conflicts with a term, condition or provision of the Employment Agreement, then the term, condition or provision of this Agreement shall control.
Termination of the Executives Employment. (a) The Executive’s employment with the Company terminated effective as of April 24, 2007 (the “Termination Date”). On the Termination Date, the Executive will return to the Company all Company property in the possession of or used by the Executive, including the Executive’s computer, keys and access cards.
Termination of the Executives Employment. The Executive and ABP agree and acknowledge that the Executive's active employment with ABP terminated as of the close of business on December 31, 1999 (the "Resignation Date").
Termination of the Executives Employment. The Executive and the Company agree and acknowledge that the Executive's employment with the Company shall terminate as of the close of business on Friday, November 7, 1997 (the "Employment Termination Date").
Termination of the Executives Employment. The Executive hereby confirms his resignation from his positions as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Corporation (and all subsidiaries of the Corporation) effective as of February 28, 2001 (the "Termination Date").
