Termination of the Grant by the Grantee. The Grantee may terminate the Grant by providing written notification to RUS, setting forth the reasons for such termination, the effective date, and, in the case of a partial termination, the portion of Grant funds to be terminated. In the case of a partial termination, if RUS determines that the remaining portion of the Grant will not accomplish the Project, then RUS may terminate the Grant in its entirety, and request reimbursement of all advanced Grant funds.
