Termination or Expiration of Agreement. (a) In the event of termination or expiration of the term of this Agreement, all rights granted hereunder shall immediately revert to Company. (b) Upon the termination or expiration of the term of this Agreement, CMC shall immediately cease all exhibition or broadcast of the Music Video.
