Common use of Termination Period Clause in Contracts

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for three months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one year twelve months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above. In addition, upon an Involuntary Termination of the Optionee's employement other than for Cause upon or within 12 months after a Change of Control, this Option may be exercised for twenty-four months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider.

Termination Period. This Option may shall be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercisable for three months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon Optionee's death or Disability of the Optioneedisability, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one year after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall may Optionee exercise this Option be exercised later than after the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three months 90 days after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to exercised for such longer period as provided in the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be Service ProviderPlan. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three months ninety (90) days after Optionee ceases to be a Service ProviderProvider in accordance with Section 7 of this Agreement. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to exercised for twelve (12) months after the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be a Service ProviderProvider in accordance with Sections 8 and 9 of this Agreement. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided aboveprovided.

Termination Period. Upon Optionee’s death or Disability, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three twelve (12) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be Service Provider. In no event shall may Optionee exercise this Option be exercised later than after the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option shall be exercisable for thirty (30) days after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon Optionee’s death or Disability, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three six (6) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be Service Provider. In no event shall may Optionee exercise this Option be exercised later than after the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Subject to Section II.F below, this Option may only be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three (3) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may only be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one year twelve (12) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall all cases, this Option be exercised later than will expire on the Term/Expiration Date as provided set forth above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to exercised for such longer period as provided in the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be Service ProviderPlan. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for three (3) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for one (1) year after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for three months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for one year 12 months after Optionee ceases to be Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may shall be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercisable for three months thirty (30) days after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon Optionee's death or Disability of the Optioneedisability, this Option may be exercised, to exercised for such longer period as provided in the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be Service ProviderPlan. In no event shall may Optionee exercise this Option be exercised later than after the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three months [THREE MONTHS] after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one year [TWELVE MONTHS] after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may shall be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercisable for three (3) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon , unless such termination is due to Optionee’s death or Disability of the OptioneeDisability, in which case this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one (1) year after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall may Optionee exercise this Option be exercised later than after the Term/Expiration Date as provided above. Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, in no event may this Option be exercised after the Term/Expiration Date as provided above and may be subject to earlier termination as provided in Section 7(d) of the Plan.

Termination Period. This Option may shall be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercisable for three months thirty (30) days after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon Optionee’s death or Disability of the OptioneeDisability, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one year six (6) months after Optionee ceases to be Service Provider. In no event shall may Optionee exercise this Option be exercised later than after the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three (3) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one (1) year after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three months after Optionee ceases to be a Service ProviderProvider as defined in the Plan. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to exercised for such longer period as provided in the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be Service ProviderPlan. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one year after Optionee ceases to be twelve months following Optionee’s termination as a Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Upon death ; except in the case of death, Retirement or Disability of the OptioneeDisability, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be Service Providerwhich are specified in more detail below. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three months [_____] [days/months] after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for three (3) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three (3) months after the Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. The period during which Optionee is considered to be a Service Provider will not be extended by any notice of termination or similar period; instead, the termination date will be considered the last day of active service for the purposes of this Option Agreement. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to exercised for twelve (12) months after the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may shall be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercisable for three (3) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider, unless such termination is due to Optionee’s death or Disability (defined below), in which case this Option shall be exercisable for twelve (12) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon death or Disability of Notwithstanding the Optioneeforegoing sentence, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be Service Provider. In in no event shall may this Option be exercised later than after the Term/Expiration Date as provided aboveabove and this Option may be subject to earlier termination as provided in Section III.11. of this Option Agreement.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one year after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. , In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for three months sixty days after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three (3) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service ProviderProvider in accordance with Section 7 of this Agreement. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one year after the Optionee ceases to be a Service ProviderProvider in accordance with Sections 8 and 9 of this Agreement. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than that the Term/Expiration Date as provided aboveprovided.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, exercised to the extent it is then vested, for three months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above. This Option may not be exercised with respect to unvested shares.

Termination Period. This The vested portion of this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three 3 months after Optionee ceases to be a Service ProviderProvider other than for cause or due to death or Disability. This Option may not be exercised after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider for cause, as determined by the Committee. Upon the death or Disability of the OptioneeOptionee while a Service Provider, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one year after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date of the Option as provided abovein the Notice of Grant.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three (3) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one year after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to exercised for six months after the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above. For purposes of determining whether the Optionee is a Service Provider, service with Adaptec, Inc. shall not be sufficient to qualify the Optionee as a Service Provider.

Termination Period. This To the extent vested at such time, the Option may be exercisedexercised for three (3) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider in accordance with Subsection H(1) of this Agreement. However, upon death or Disability, to the extent it is then vestedvested at such time, the Option may be exercised for three twelve (12) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon death or Disability , in accordance with Subsections H(2) and H(3) of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be Service ProviderAgreement. In no event shall this the Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one year after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three (3) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service ProviderProvider in accordance with Section 8 of this Agreement. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one year after the Optionee ceases to be a Service ProviderProvider in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of this Agreement. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided aboveprovided.

Upon Provider to the extent it has vested as of such date (in accordance with Section 8 of this Agreement); provided, however, that if Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider as the result of his or her death or Disability of the OptioneeDisability, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one (1) year after Optionee ceases to be a Service ProviderProvider to the extent it has vested as of such date (in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of this Agreement). In no event shall may Optionee exercise this Option be exercised later than after the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercisedexercised for such longer period as provided in the Plan. In the event of the Optionee's change in status from Employee to Consultant or Consultant to Employee, to the extent it is then vested, for one year after Optionee ceases to be Service Providerthis Option Agreement shall remain in effect. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon death or the Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one year twelve months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon the death of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised for twenty-four months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon the Retirement of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised for three years after the Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This The vested portion of this Option may shall be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercisable for three months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. The unvested portion of this Option shall not be exercisable at any time after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon Optionee’s death or Disability Disability, the vested portion of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one year after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall case may the Optionee exercise this Option be exercised later than after the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for three (3) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised, to the extent it is then vested, exercised for one year six (6) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above. For purposes of determining whether the Optionee is a Service Provider, service with Adaptec, Inc. shall not be sufficient to qualify the Optionee as a Service Provider.
