Common use of Termination Period Clause in Contracts

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised for two (2) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider in accordance with Section 8 of this Agreement. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised for twelve (12) months after the Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of this Agreement. In no event shall this Option be exercised later that the Term/Expiration Date provided.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised for two thirty (230) months days after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider in accordance with Section 8 of this AgreementProvider. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised for twelve (12) months after the Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of this AgreementProvider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later that than the Term/Expiration Date providedas provided in the Grant Summary.

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised for two ninety (290) months days after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider Provider, unless such termination is due to Optionee’s death, Disability or Retirement, in accordance with Section 8 of this Agreement. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, which case this Option may be exercised for twelve (12) months after the Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider Provider, in accordance with Sections 7, 8, 9 and 10 of this Agreement. In Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall will this Option be exercised later that than the Term/Expiration Date providedprovided above or Section 11(c) hereof.

Termination Period. Termination Period. This Option may be exercised for two thirty (230) months days after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider in accordance with Section 8 of this AgreementProvider. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised for twelve (12) months after the Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of this AgreementProvider. In no event shall this Option be exercised later that than the Term/Expiration Date providedas provided above.

In no event shall this Option option be exercised later that than the Term/Expiration Date providedas provided below.

In no event shall may Optionee exercise this Option be exercised later that after the Term/Expiration Date providedas provided above.
