Common use of Termination Period Clause in Contracts

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised for 45 days after termination of employment or consulting relationship, or such longer period as may be applicable upon death or disability of Optionee as provided in the Plan, but in no event later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.
