Terms and Concepts. 1.1. The contract of public offer of hotel services is the contract under which the Contractor undertakes to carry out rendering of hotel services to everyone who addresses to it, thus conditions of this contract are established identical for all Customers, except for those to whom by the law are provided relevant benefits. The Contractor shall not have the right to give preference to one consumer over another in concluding this contract, unless otherwise provided by law. The Contractor has no right to refuse to enter into this agreement if he has the opportunity to provide the Customer with relevant services.
1.2. The contract of joining the contract of public offer for the provision of hotel services is a contract, the terms of which are set by the Contractor in the contract of public offer for the provision of hotel services, which can be concluded only by joining the Customer to the proposed contract of public offer for hotel services on the provision of hotel services, which was exhibited by the Contractor. The customer cannot offer its terms of the contract.
1.3. The moment of concluding the connection agreement is the moment of payment by the Customer of the invoice for the provision of hotel services, which was issued by the Contractor and crediting the specified funds to the current account of the Contractor or depositing these funds in the Contractor's cash desk.
1.4. Hotel Services - actions of the Contractor for accommodation of the Customer or the Guest by providing a room (place) for temporary accommodation in the hotel, as well as other activities related to accommodation and temporary accommodation.

Terms and Concepts. Before proceeding more into this, the establishment of terminology definitions are necessary. Such definitions serve to facilitate comprehension and enhance the overall clarity and coherence of the following study contents. This alignment typically occurs in terms of number, gender, or case, and is observed across various linguistic elements such as nouns, verbs, and adjectives. Conversely, the controller (element agreed with) is the entity that dictates the specific form assumed by the elements involved in the agreement. For instance, nouns exert control over the form taken by adjectives or verbs. Furthermore, Xxxxxxx (2023) points out that variations in agreement depends on more than one factor, but the most important are the controller and the target. In clauses a target agrees with its controller. The controller and the target must be flexible with two ways agreement because the existence of the two agreement possibilities does not depend only on the controller, but even the target according to Xxxxxxx.
Terms and Concepts. General terms.
1.1. In order to avoid ambiguity and other misunderstandings in the interpretation of the text of this Agreement the Parties signed it, agreed that the following concepts have the meanings defined below:

1.1.2. The User – any individual or legal entity, as well as any individual entrepreneur, unconditionally accepted the terms of the public offer to sign an Agreement on provision the right to use the one-stop-shop trading terminal for cryptocurrency exchanges.
1.1.3. The one-stop-shop terminal for cryptocurrency exchanges for computers, tablets and smart phones: Windows, MacOS, IOS, Android for all cryptocurrency exchanges with API support, in one-click switching, hereinafter, for convenience, may be referred to as the Program, or the Software.
1. The Subject matter of the Agreement
2.1. CryptoRobotics Company, operating as a developer and owner of the exclusive rights for the one-stop-shop terminal for cryptocurrency exchanges entitles the User under this Agreement to use the one-stop-shop trading terminal for cryptocurrency exchanges free of charge.
2.2. The right to use the one-stop-shop terminal for cryptocurrency exchanges shall be exercised by registering in the appropriate program on any domain website.
2.4. The one-stop-shop terminal for cryptocurrency exchanges belong to the intellectual property of CryptoRobotics Company, the legal protection of which is established by part 4 of the Civil Code. The User acknowledges and agrees that the software and everything connected with it contain confidential information that is protected by the laws on intellectual property of the Russian Federation and international laws. Neither the User nor any other person will, with his assistance, copy or modify the software; create programs, software derivatives; penetrate the software in order to obtain program codes; as well as to perform other actions without the
2.5. All conditions under this Agreement apply equally to the one-stop-shop terminal for cryptocurrency exchanges and to its components, including all updates.
Terms and Concepts. Acceptance is a consent. The acceptance should be complete and unconditional, the moment of acceptance of the terms of the Acceptance is recognized upon agreement with the offer. Application-request – a request to join the Offer and concluding a loan agreement, the form of which is determined by the Lender. Parties – Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx, together referred to as Parties. Microloan – funds provided by the Lender to the Borrower on express, paid and repayable terms. Microloan agreement – Agreement is concluded based on the Loan Offer. Payment schedule - the schedule of repayment of loan principal amount and interests which is issued in paper and / or electronic form to the Borrower upon receipt of each loan separately. Repayment of loan amount according to the Payment Schedule is considered an integral part of this Agreement, on the basis of which express, paid and repayable terms are performed. Liabilities - all amounts of money that the Borrower should pay to the Lender under this Offer, including the loan amount, accrued interest, bank fees and fine for violation of contract (penalty);

1.2. IFXBIT Services refer to the various services provided by IFXBIT, which are based on Internet and/or blockchain technologies and offered through IFXBIT websites, mobile applications and other forms (including new ones that will become available due to future technological developments).
1.3. USD stands for USD-denominated currency and backed by a stablecoin.
1.4. Conversion Start Date means the date specified by IFXBIT when the Intended Conversion of a stablecoin starts.
1.5. Cryptocurrency trading refers to spot transactions in which one digital currency is exchanged for another digital currency.
