Terms and Conditions - Caged and Cageless Physical Collocation. 8.2.3.1 CenturyLink shall provide Caged and Cageless Physical Collocation to CLEC for access to UNEs and ancillary services and Interconnection, except that CenturyLink may provide Virtual Collocation if CenturyLink demonstrates to the Commission that Physical Collocation is not practical for technical reasons or because of space limitations, as provided in Section 251(c)(6) of the Act.
