Terms & Conditions. 3.01 The terms and conditions contained within this Appendix shall not be applicable under any circumstances to pipeline construction, or for major industrial work as defined in Article 24 of the Collective Agreement. Members working under this Appendix shall have full mobility within the geographic jurisdiction of Local 615. The wage rates and special conditions set out below shall only be available to Cement Finishing Contractors.
