TERMS/DELIVERY. Order of Preference: In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and language set forth in the Attachments, the inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following order: (1) The Agreement, and (2) all Attachments to the Agreement.   • Counterparts and Delivery This Amendment may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which together shall constitute one instrument. A signed copy of this Amendment delivered by facsimile or by emailing a copy in .pdf form shall be treated as an original and shall bind all Parties just as would the exchange of originally signed copies.

  • Counterparts and Facsimile For the convenience of the parties hereto, this Agreement may be executed in any number of separate counterparts, each such counterpart being deemed to be an original instrument, and all such counterparts will together constitute the same agreement.   • Counterparts; Electronic Delivery This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which when executed shall be deemed to be an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same agreement.
