TERMS OF AGREEMENT AND NEGOTIATIONS. This Agreement shall become effective on the 1st day of January 2013, and shall continue in full force and effect through December 31, 2015. Negotiations for renewal of this Agreement shall commence not earlier than April 1st, 2015. Either party may initiate negotiations by written notice to the other party.
