Terms of Reference for Community Planning Partnership Groups. 10.1 Community Planning Partnership The Board provides the strategic direction for the partnership. The purpose of the Partnership is to: Be responsible for progress of community planning in Moray at strategic and local level. Review, agree and implement the Single Outcome Agreement Moray 2023. Be responsible for reporting to the Scottish Government. Be responsible for funding that is allocated to the partnership. Be responsible for performance monitoring and evaluation of community planning in Moray. Delegate action/decision to other groups in the partnership as appropriate. The Partnership will meet no less than four times per year.
