Terms Reference. On return from a leave a Teacher will be assigned to his same position or, if due to declining enrolment patterns said position no longer exists, the Teacher will be governed by the appropriate terms of this Agreement. Xxxx leave credits will not be accumulated during the year spent on leave. Teachers declared redundant will not be eligible for this plan.
