TERRITORY ASSISTANCE. (1) The Company may from time to time make such application to the Commonwealth or to a Commonwealth agency, authority or instrumentality for the grant to it of any permit, consent, approval, authorisation, licence under the laws of the Commonwealth required for the purposes of the Merlin Project.
