Common use of TERRITORY ASSISTANCE Clause in Contracts

TERRITORY ASSISTANCE. (1) The Company may from time to time make such application to the Commonwealth or to a Commonwealth agency, authority or instrumentality for the grant to it of any permit, consent, approval, authorisation, licence under the laws of the Commonwealth required for the purposes of the Merlin Project. (2) On the request by the Company and where the Territory considers it appropriate, the Territory shall make representations to the Commonwealth or to the Commonwealth agency, authority or instrumentality concerned in support of the grant to the Company of any permit, consent, approval, authorisation, licence or permission referred to in subclause (1).
