Test Date Reductions. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, if on any date (the “Test Date”) the maturity date for any of the then outstanding Other Debt shall fall within six months of the Test Date, then all Commitments shall automatically reduce to zero on the Test Date.
