Common use of TEST QUALITY AUDIT Clause in Contracts

TEST QUALITY AUDIT. Without prejudice to its rights pursuant to clause 34 the Customer or an agent or contractor appointed by the Customer may perform on-going quality audits in respect of any part of the Testing. If the Customer has any concerns following an audit in accordance with paragraph 7.1 above the Customer will discuss such concerns with the Supplier, giving the Supplier the opportunity to provide feedback in relation to specific activities, and subsequently prepare a written report for the Supplier detailing the same to which the Supplier shall, within a reasonable timeframe, respond in writing. In the event of an inadequate response to the written report from the Supplier, the Customer (acting reasonably) may withhold a Satisfaction Certificate until the issues in the report have been addressed to the reasonable satisfaction of the Customer.
