Common use of Testify before Civil Service Commission Clause in Contracts

Testify before Civil Service Commission. Any individual member covered by this Agreement, who is directly involved through individual appeal, in a matter being reviewed by the Civil Service Commission, shall be allowed time during working hours without loss of pay to attend such a meeting if called to testify.
