Common use of TESTING AND SERVICE Clause in Contracts

TESTING AND SERVICE. Deliver or permit any Permitted Sublessee to deliver possession of the Aircraft, Airframe, any Engine or any Part (i) to the manufacturer thereof or to any third-party maintenance provider, for testing, service, repair, maintenance or overhaul work on the Aircraft, Airframe, any Engine or any Part, or, to the extent required or permitted by the terms of Annex C, for alterations or modifications in or additions to the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine or (ii) to any Person for the purpose of transport to a Person referred to in the preceding clause (i).

TESTING AND SERVICE. Deliver or permit any Permitted Sublessee to deliver possession of the Aircraft, Airframe, Airframe or any Engine or any Part (i) Part, to the manufacturer thereof for testing or other similar purposes, or to any third-party maintenance provider, organization for testing, service, repair, maintenance or overhaul work on the Aircraft, Airframe, Airframe or any Engine or any Part, or, to the extent required or permitted by the terms of Annex C, for alterations or modifications in or additions to the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine to the extent required or (ii) to any Person for permitted by the purpose terms of transport to a Person referred to in the preceding clause (i).Section 8.4;

TESTING AND SERVICE. Deliver or permit any Permitted Sublessee to deliver possession of the Aircraft, Airframe, Airframe or any Engine or any Part (i) to the manufacturer thereof or to any third-party maintenance provider, for testing, service, repair, maintenance maintenance, or overhaul work on the Aircraft, Airframe, any Engine Airframe or any PartEngine, or, to the extent required or permitted by the terms of § D of Annex C, for alterations or modifications in or additions to the Aircraft, the Airframe or any Engine (and delivery of Engines may be accomplished by transport on licensed or (ii) to any Person for the purpose of transport to a Person referred to bonded common carriers qualified in the preceding clause (ishipping and transport of such items).

Deliver or permit any Permitted Sublessee to deliver possession of the Aircraft, the Airframe, any Engine Engine, or any Part (ia) to the manufacturer thereof or to any third-party maintenance provider, for testing, service, repair, maintenance maintenance, or overhaul work on the Aircraft, Airframe, any Engine Engine, or any Part, or, to the extent required or permitted by the terms of Annex C, for alterations or modifications in or additions to the Aircraft, Airframe the Airframe, or any Engine Engine, or (iib) to any Person for the purpose of transport to a Person referred to in the preceding clause (ia).

Deliver or permit any Permitted Sublessee to deliver possession of the Aircraft, Airframe, any either Engine or any Part (i) to the manufacturer thereof or to any qualified third-party maintenance provider, for testing, service, repair, maintenance or overhaul work on the Aircraft, Airframe, any either Engine or any Part, or, to the extent required or permitted by the terms of Annex C, for alterations or modifications in or additions to the Aircraft, Airframe or any either Engine or (ii) to any Person for the purpose of transport to a Person referred to in the preceding clause (i).
