Common use of TESTING ENVIRONMENT Clause in Contracts

TESTING ENVIRONMENT. The subscription includes one or more testing environments, as set forth in the End User’s agreement with the Bizagi Authorized Reseller, that are used to conduct user-acceptance tests of the End User’s Applications (the “Testing Environment”). The End User is responsible for developing the End User’s Applications in Studio Cloud Services and deploying them in the Testing Environment(s). This is performed using an upload function available in the Management Console.
