Testing Facilities. 1. The Joint Company shall not be required to accept the plant or production facilities until, such time as it shall be wholly satisfied that the said production facilities are capable of producing the required products in the required quantities. 2. Accordingly, before such acceptance, representative samples of each type of product to be produced by the Joint Company shall be sent to (name of independent testing agency or firm ; or to Foreign’s main production plant) for testing to ensure their compliance with the required standards and specifications and that they have been constructed in a good and workmanlike manner, and the Joint Company shall have been furnished with a guarantee and warranty of the satisfaction of such conditions.
